Sharpen Communication Tools
I ad prim had the privilege of touring the country with the President during the National Elections and saw the powerful impact that social media had when used smartly in conjunction with traditional door-to-door and mass community engagement. It made me realise that community mobilisation is a powerful communication tool in a South African context.
Pros: Deeper understanding of South Africa's cultures and how public policy can impact poverty alleviation

Learning
I have extensive national and international in desktop publishing, layout and design experience. I enjoy working on precise detailed projects.Challenging aspect are keeping everybody happy/ I’ve worked on various projects. I can say that I am worth my weight in gold. I’m a loyal, diligent, driven, self-starter, self-motivator with meticulous attention to detail and a natural aptitude for software applications. I am extremely passionate about design and layout and go beyond the call of duty to get the job done. I am proficient in Adobe CC Suite 2019 (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat Professional), Mail and MS Office. Mac-based OS.

I am currently been mentored by a magazine editor for writing
I love writing and my mentor is amazing. I normally write articles and then send them to her for some feed back. I am learning a lot. We usually send each other emails. Recently she sent me an app that helps with writing. I use it when write now. I'm ready now to spread my wings and challenge myself. The most difficult thing I face was knowing how to structure my work.
Pros: Learning how to write and how to structure a story into a good story.
Cons: Long working hours.

Self determination
Working for myself can be challenging but a lot has been learned. However, I need stability now in an environment that allows for growth. I have not had truly bad experiences working for myself.

I enjoy working with others.
The space turns text to write so I can't see what I am writing. However, I started my career atMultivisio, a branch of the national audio visual company. I enjoy conceptualisation, writing , ideas and campaigns. I love working with others and sharing ideas.
