Diploma in information technology

I'm a hard worker always willing to learn new things. A very fast learner and willing to face challenges. Fnb is a banking company at the moment I'm a project manager in the IT department. It is something I enjoy because I start it and always make sure I finish.

Pros: Medicl said, pension fund, flexible hours
Cons: Time consuming, lost of hard work

Good opportunity to learn the banking industry

We do reversals of debit orders and attend to customer queries I get along well with my colleagues and we've grown close. I've learnt to how to use the main systems we use at the call center to provide services to our clients. The job isn't challenging that much but abit repetitive.

Pros: Learning new systems
Cons: Long hours and the work is becoming repetitive

I learnt and grew in FNB and would have worked myself up further into HR/Compliance/FP field

My typical work day would be office routine functions, first thing in the morning ensuring meetings have been highlighted in the managers diaries, then checking queried via emails and responding to them timeously. I would answer telephonic queries and set up new appointments/ meetings as per the MD requirements. Organise venues liase with managers, brokers via email/telephinically to ensure they have received the emails to attend meetings/workshops/roadshows. I would receive new applications for financial planners and do the neceesary checks to ensure they are compatible to come in for interviews and set up appointments with them and the managers in the different areas. I would do ITC checks SAPS checks and ensure that all their certificate /qualifications meets the Financial standard. Once they are appoi u I would set up training before they start with the FNB branches to ensure they have the neccessary training to do their job role efficently

Pros: becoming a financial planner/manager and study to achieve my degree
Cons: waited to long to study to achieve the above

20 years in a few words

I have 18+ years’ experience in the telecommunications industry. I have been the Technical Team Leader in the Voice Operations Team, the Production Support Manager in the Content Management area, and have returned to the Telecoms department to specialize in Customer engagement and support. Telephony management and support is my passion and has been part of my career since inception. I have progressed from working on small PABX systems to managing large enterprise contact centers I am a capable and confident individual with good people and communication skills. Customer Service is my specialty. I am comfortable working alone or as part of a team environment. I possess organization skills and enjoy people interaction. I believe in continuous learning. I endeavor to seek a task through completion as well as ensuring that the end result is of a presentable and professional standard. I am a very keen and a self-motivated person and I always strive for service excellence

Substantial experience

I am an honest, hardworking person who worked in the Financial Industry from 1988 - 2016. I gained a lot of experience, working with staff, clients and stakeholders. I have Management experience since 2005. I resigned in January 2016 when my husband was transferred from Malelane to Welkom. I started to work in November 2016 at Bennie Beket Brokers, dealing with all short term queries and claims. I am well organised and can manage time well. I am confident in areas such as Sales, Service, Finance, Operations, HR. I have a NQF 6 qualification - Credit Diploma. I will be an asset to your company through my commitment and dedication. Excellent learning experience

Ensure that the customer's needs are satisfied. Assist customefs needs and to solve their problems. Understand your customers needs and always go an extra mile to assist them. To be fit fast and fantastic towards every client. Deliver a good service to all clients. Help clients to make good decisions, Empower and educate clients. Manage tearn quality of sales. Manage the service quality results. Help clients with credit products and also explained the products to them in detail. Educate clients on how to make banking easier and simpler for clients and to be in control of they own banking from home, wolk or anywhere. Inform the clients upfront about their bank charges and how to avoid high bank charges. Introduce clients to the different investments and to educate clients on lrow to save for the future.

Cons: working hours is not that long
