It's an opportunity to explore and get experience
It's an excellent opportunity to explore and learn other things, but as a person we always look for other opportunities, the industry has less chances of growth, because of the way its being structured. I had good relationship with others so l wouldn't feel the long hours, l have learnt a lot especially when dealing with customers

Excellent in farm all divisions but always room for learning more in live
Good Day I have a lot of experience in this position. From building, project development and implementation. Planning and drafting of plans. HR and staff management. Crop management to diseases of plants and nutrients. Irrigation systems, Dripping irrigation to pivot systems. Pump repair and maintenance. Health and safety of staff and environment. Did projects with dam building on farm with earth moving vehicles and planning of all contours to dams and impact to achieve maximum water storage. Building of lodges and planning of materials for projects.Wild life and guests is my passion. Am a fast learner. If there's some new work that I never do
I enjoy working alone or with other I work hard to improve my future company by applying my skills of working. I learnt a lot in this industry of security. Am always having good relation with my coworkers. I enjoy solving problems at work in good way where I failed I contact people above me immediately.

WWorking for Fi challenging but give reat expWorking for Fidelity is a great experience is very challenging one must be able to work independently and under pressure building relationships with employees take time but my co-workers and I we have built good relationship but we understand that work rules and regulations can not be compromised just because we want to maintain good relationship. What o enjoy the most visiting posts communicating issues arises require remedial.
Pros: Difficult in terms of promotions as the company claim it will be difficult to replace my position

Long hours from 4am till 19:00 Monday till Sunday,
It was nice working there sometimes but unhealthy,hot conditions makes u sick every day, but learn a lot meeting many people,languages and colours. a good friend to anyone, and good listener.
Pros: I started as security guard then I work my way in I became a crew member then a driver till I became a team leader.
Cons: longest hours that I worked was 19 hour a whole month.

The company has a good infurstuture excluding the department that I am has no support structure no proper system monitor productivity or collections.There to is no work flow in place and therefore agents work everything without

Learned alot
Basic salary is not enough. HR or management departments are terrible and they do not resolve many or any complaints. Company only want to see productivity growth. Pros are that you can atleast grow in the company

Hard worker and enjoy the job
Its good to work with people who understand you better and enjoying what you have to do.... At work you must arrive on time and do the best that will impressed your customers
