Environment that seems like infinite Hydraulic learning

Mostly is Hydraulic operated machinery and experiencing fault finding a and learning new things almost everyday. Teamwork is powerful. We are working with heavy objects eg 5-15tones to lift or move

Pros: New things to learn in every task
Cons: Because of competitors, company shrinking every year

Excellent

its a good environment for most research people, and the people around the company are friendly and most welcoming. .i have learned a lot of things, i believe i can run the company alone that is how much i have learned. .the experience is the best .the challenges that we account .is the robotic system that they want to implement, it doesn't accommodate people

Pros: the is no great opportunity for growth since they like to empower people from outside
Cons: normal hours are 40 per week, but due to work load the is extra 10 hours per week sometimes
