I have learned leadership skill and added business managements.

Working with Stores for Edcon Groups Processing payments for 92 casuals weekly and 800 permanent part timers monthly  Filling documents  Resolving wage and salary queries  Capturing employee shift (scheduling ) according to the business needs  Processing of time cards daily (leave , absenteeism, missed punches)  Process deduction  Employee maintenance (new employee, change of departments)  Running of weekly reports as per business needs

Pros: To get more opportunities on improving my career to management level and learn more business managements.
Cons: Normal working hours
