Atypical day was when people come to the office claiming they didn't get their salary.my relationship with my co workers it is good and I have learnt working with people I have to be calm and lesson to their stories and make sure I give them what they want and what I enjoyed mostly is I do my work without out any supervision.
Pros: I would like to be promoted and have a bigger position.
Cons: I can work a long hours

Excellent learning curve
I create purchase order and submit them to Payment to be paid. we work well with my colleagues even though they are sometimes having those bad days. i have learnt a lot about how to work with people as a group and as an individual. I enjoy when working under pressure because I will be able to see my capabilities. the most challenging aspect is when I work under pressure and make unforeseen mistakes.

Pleasant working environment with little room for growth
There Good Day, I have a National Diploma in Human Resources Management and currently completing my Advanced Diploma in Business Administration. I have over 5 years of experience in management level including the management of administration staff. The environment I currently work in involves a lot of report writing, preparation of presentations, ensuring resolution of client queries and monitoring the performance of the department. I have my own transport and I am available immediately.

Good Environment
Typical Working Day: 7am to 5pm - Meetings , writing reports, developing strategies, plans and tactics for the Department. Relationship with co-workers: A transformational leader who is a mentor to a few manager. What have I learnt: Human Settlements, Property Management, Client Services, Property Development What you enjoy most: Providing accommodation to people What is most challenging aspects of the job: Required to innovate and develop new things

Everyday is a bee day and comes with different challenges and opportunities and has diverse environment which makes working and learning about people's culture and personality easier

Good to work stable job. too much political interferance
Okay but no growth in career very slow in progress. too much red tape to get through Employees dont care for the public take advantage of the system. Demoralising when you want to serve with pride

Excellent learning
My own view about the company that I am working at is that here we are registering the people for social expanded package [ ESP], in Oder for them to receive benefits from the City of Johannesburg.

Excellent learning and determine curve
The most challenging aspect is when given work at a later stage only to expect us to do it under pressure of which it can consume a lot of mistakes. so as for the relationship im having with my co workers is excellent and healthy

Excellent learning curve
Tricky working there because it is a political environment. COJ overall is a great company to work for with a number of benefits, however, working in a political Office can ruin that for you. Personally, given another opportunity, I'd never work in a political Office again.
