Truth be told I need to work for a company that values its people.
The company I work for doesn't care about the people that work there and alot of dodgy things are happening there. I would love to work for a company that is transparent and has an open communication with their staff members

Cons: Get cheated from commission, people look for reason to get you fired not even work related. No professionalism

Excellent learning curve
Busy environment challenging g queries fun people to work with assisted one another as Tema mates I've learned to adapt to situations cultures and accepting everyone for who they are I enjoyed their company my colleagues how we used to make it memorable and bearable we were a family when we were expected to do more than we could at the same time we were expected to reach our targets even though we tried to give solutions to that of management expects of us

Great organisational culture almost colleagues. Daily reports, calling and receiving calls, handling of irate clients. High capacity of emails and calls to action. The type of environment where you work, learn and move on

Work under pressure. Friendly environment. Extensive amounts of contracts can be challenging.
Working hours are normal 8-5. Good relationship with co-worker's. I've learnt to work well under pressure and do over and above my requirements. I enjoy the friendly environment. Capturing extensive amounts of contracts daily could be challenging
Pros: Good opportunity to move around in the company and learn.
Cons: No room to grow upwards.
