Listening skills and communication skills the clients or my crews member.my relationship with my co_worker is good if someone seems like a bad mood I courage him or her by speaking the work of God because I know he or she will continue to work hard.Every day at my work I learnt that I work with different people's and those they don't think same ideas so I must cope with them same way.At my work enjoying work under bad condition.most of the people's they are hate each other if he or she got high position and most of people they are undermining the security officers they think maybe most of us we are not educated but that things not pulling me down to do my job

I have learn to work individualy and in a group
its a good company and I have learn a lot and experience new things that I want to use and improve myself in other company. and my typical work daily was good checking cars entering the premises and searching every person enter the building and make sure everything is in order .and I have good working relationship with my co-workers and I enjoy working night shift because its nice and cool the most challenging aspect is when we are short staffed.
Pros: there are lot of great opportunity for promotion but if you are a relative of someone in the management

Good company
Bidvest Protea Coin is a close knit family team and a good company to work for. Unfortunately there is not much growth oppertunities. Lately only employing interns so a bit diffocult to get in.

Excellent experience
The company is about 25000 people strong, I do the payroll for one of the small sites - 600 peoples salary advises as well as the Hr clerk. I am also assisting in all ways possible as I am excellent with Excel and lots of the other departments require my assistance in worksheets and formulas being drawn up to make that departments life easier.

Learnt a lot in the company company was good with lack of management
Lack of management in the company, the company is good Manged to learn more from the company the experience I gat can go anywhere Leading a team was my favorite opportunity in a working environment The manager was giving too much attention to the client than managing the security internally The was lots of conflict wich the manager failed to manage that or solve that The was internally fraud that was going on was one of the that managed to put end of the fraud
Pros: Work was great but hard, learnt a lot with full of experience and able to work with a team
Cons: Working long OVERTIME with no pays but with no complaints

I had an excellent learning curve
I enjoyed working there interacting with my colleagues was a very thing to do , I also had good relationship with with my seniors from supervisor to the branch manager they always complimented me with my work. I learnt that tribalism and favouritism are not good for work environment, the most thing I enjoyed was dealing with clients and the challenging thing was our shipments getting delayed due to natural causes e.g weather conditions.

I am a hard worker willing and able to learn
I am a control room operator for more than 13 years . archieved level 1 and level 2 in the control room Doing indound and outbound calls . monitoring and acknowledging signals Writing reports and Obn numbers.
Pros: We monitor and cknowledging signals on time despatching and confirming the correct adress to the respond officers. to confirm i the arrival time and inform them the nature of the call or the alram . take feed back and write it in the message box and report also Obn numbers.
Cons: I can work for long hours and under pressure and handling it correctly and calm.

I promote teamwork. I do not need to be pushed to do my work.
I respect all rules and regulations of the company. I always give my best and make sure that I contribute towards the growth of my company. I like new challenges because they build me to be a better person . I have learnt that the clients of my company are always right and should be treated with respect at all times. I always try to build a good relationship with my work mates

Excellent learning curve, especial by Computer
Working for Bidvest Protea Coin is good as there are lots of opportunities and promotions if you go extra miles, it also have bursaries for children and for the employees it is better as it boost our level of education as well as for our children
