Good learning curve

It a good learning curve and mentally grow collegueas but for my perspective it was not My kind of environment due to being mistreated and less respect that i recieved from other colleagues.. So i was affected by that.

Pros: Due to diversity... Male and femal were all equal

Excellent learning curve

Working at Zara retail store has taught me a lot regarding the fashion world. I have to keep up with the latest trends such as trending colours, pants, shirts or t-shirts, shoes, bags etc. The pace at Zara retail store is very fast, staff don't drag their feets during work. Customer service is the main priority, ensuring that you are able to assist a customer and satisfy their requirements and even offering alternatives or add ons to their outfits. Time management is essential at Zara, one must make sure that their productivity withing the hours of work are noticed by management. Getting the products (clothing, shoes, bags, accessories, etc) from the stockroom and coordinating them on the shop floor according to their colours and trends.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Long working hours and flexible (must be available anytime for work)

Outstanding customer service

Working in retail i came to understand customer needs and requirments.Customer service is like amotto.It does not only reflect the reputation of the company bt the employees as well.I have actually become famous and familiour with many of our regular cusoners,i work to my best ability and give every opportunity given my beat shot.Working at Zara retail,i have seen different personalities with both customers and my fellow collegues,i have come to understand that different induatries operate differently especially in retail with the shifts but fortunate for me i adapt quickly to change of environments.

Perfect learning to interact with people

I have ability to lead,manage and co-ordinate with other people.good communicationskills.I have excellent relationship with other co-workers and I've learned alot such as talking to people with smile.I enjoy team work to bring positive results everytime.

I work as a sales assistant, assisting customers on the sales floor.

Long hours of work, toxic work environment No salary increase or incentives I've learnt interpersonal skills as well as good communication with customers. I enjoyed interacting with customers the most.

Learning opportunity

The relationship with coworkers is great we ha good communication skills. Works are hard as we work 8 hours a day,the 8hours is not a problem the time scheduled is we have morning shifts from 800h-1700h and late shift from 1200h-2100hh. I have learnt how to do my best to sell and keep track at what I do. I have what hard work is.
