Worked in retail for 11years

Engaging with customers, leaving the store knowing I did my best to assist each person I engaged with. Planning my day having goals and communicating with fellow employees focus of the day & targets to make sure we doing tasks linked to address business strategy and goals. Making sure we have a common goal, seek, engage, communicate ways to improve business and take initiative .
