Excellent Personal and Professional Growth

Currently we are 2 employees that have worked together for the past 2 years. We have a very good relationship and compliment one another. We both work for home and structure our day according, in line with our responsibilities as jointly predetermined. Our work day start from 8:00 and concludes at 16:30. Even though we work from home and have the freedom to plan our day, we take our work hours very seriously and have home offices that we work from to ensure our days are still structured and productive. I have surely learnt to work independently and develop an even more internal sense of responsibility. Also, my problem solving skills have improves as there are no co-workers close by to ask for assistance.
