Good Day. I am an Engineer CAD Draughtsperson with 5 years of experience in the drawing of various projects on computer systems. That includes various projects in the Civil, Reservoirs, Pump Stations, RDP Housing, Water, Sanitation, Storm Water, Wastewater Treatment Works, Roads, Architectural, Electrical & Structural Departments.

Iam looking for experience and to offer my knowledge as iam at an entry level in my career
MY Typical working day busy as a support team we liase with people who have direct contact with the client and web help and support them.my relationship with co workers is a good relationship no bad vibes, if there is any stepping on each other s toes we solve it and move on, to continue working in a conducive peaceful environment, I have learnt time is off essence when it comes to deliverables expected of me, I enjoy resourcing interacting with the candidates, the most challenging part of the job is being unable to get all documents from the candidate when boarding them even after following up, normally at some stages these documents are wanted then we have to contain the situation and produce these documents.
Pros: The company is generally very caring for its employees,flexible working hours on friday we leave early,learning is ensured, the company has an obligation to re employ the people who have been previously retrenched should any opportunity arrise

Changing the recruitment industry simply by better understanding the employoee / employer needs.
Being a passionate professional, my work day starts at 6am and ends when all my outputs are accomplished for the day. I thrive by understanding processes, systems and people. This 3 pronged approach ensures that all stakeholders I deal with both internal and external are generally happy with my outputs and interactions with them. I enjoy the fact that I am technically very strong and also people centric allowing me to sell ideas and solutions to non - technical people (especially management). I have learned that most people in organizations want to make a meaningful contribution but often fail to do so as they find themselves in the "wrong" or mismatched" positions. This is why this position appeals to me. The biggest challenge that I face is that I cannot get to mentoring and coaching all the people I would like to, due to time constraints.
Pros: This is my opportunity to give back to the engineering and project managment fraternity by matching the right employee to the right employer. I have seen too mnay frustrated role players simply because of this mismatch. I am passionate about transforming the engineering industry in a meaningful and sustainable way.
Cons: The job is not based in Capetown or Durban. Seriously I don't really see any cons apart from having to learn new processes and systems. W

Fair to mild learning curve, but having to convince the engineering staff continuously
Most mornings started out being extremely busy & having to re-do work due to cut backs in project finance or due change in clients expectations/requirements. Due to the above most of my co-workers didn't have the time or inclination to enjoy their efforts, because I had the most experience in conveyors & associated structures I had the opportunity to assist some of my co-workers in understanding the work they had to do under my leadership. The most difficult aspect of the project was to try & stay ahead of the client by mind reading what the client wanted next because this scenario changed continuously Long working hours
