Worth the move

Company is very caring towards employees. Industry is unique as it pertains toonline betting and face to face interactions. I run daily reports on chats and calls and emails. Weekly reviews Weekly one on one sessions with employees Shift roster is done weekly. Disciplinary tasks Security online in line of fica documents Dealing daily with clients and complaints

Excellent experience to start up a Department from nothing

Started at 5am and left at 10pm. Very hard work. Very good relations with co-workers. Best experience as I started the HR Department from nothing. Enjoyed doing the payroll and IR. Dealing with staff stealing and fraud was the most challenging aspect of the job.

Great working environment but a bit challenging staff is great working hours are manageable

Working hours are manageable But have to deal with difficult customers daily We have a great team This job has taught me to be patient with myself and others But I do feel like the company has to show us a little more appreciation though

Its a good working environment

Its is a good working environment where we deal with different customers so many times. Thats where we learn about customer service. The staff is nice and kind.. We get to learn about different people's attitudes because we deal with many different kinds of people
