Great learning opportunity
I have learn to grow within the company, and it has given me great opportunities. I all that being said, I feel like I should be earning more because if the experience and qualifications also the long serving time within the company.

Great opportunity to be part of
Working as a team was exciting since we work wI think different people hence I've mastered it while there and the environment was good learning how to work under pressure and stress tolerance and what was most challenging was to complete the task given in time for inspections and since working in a group of people we got through with it as a team.

My working day
Apart from having a team of 10 members on my line the day goes by relatively quickly and coming to work is a joyy as my team i have is very punctual I have a great relationship with my co workers and have learnt to ask when in doubt I enjoy the team spirit and I have a lot of laughs the most challenging aspect of the job is when you've run out of material and this generally slows down the production line

Great learning opportunities
Workforce is a big company and have many sites so its a huge risk to work at a labour broker with so many clients for things don't always pan out but there is always room for improvement. Workforce is a great company but no one gets permanent employed,I'm working almost a year now.

Good
It was nice to work there I learn lot of it nice to work with this company I get a lot of information that I didn't have . The employee are so good towards each other we shared information about work it was so nice to work even thougough I need the job now please helpthing in the company

Achievement and success is easy when working as a team with a common goal.
I like with co-workers as we share a common goal. I find it very challenging if time is against me in a certain certain manner as it is 1 of those things we have no control over.I didn't learn much as I already knew how to pick and check its just a different method. I enjoy competition with my co-workers as there is always fun and a happy climate in the work place which can also lead to operational goals. Depecthing the work load as some things is not well organise.

The job isn't much exciting ,I have to use my own money for transport
Typically using people and taxes much on wages and People are always complaining and looking forward to find w great job because this one it's Agent and I for one to say I have no a certain amount that I'll get in return

Good learning experience
Doing payroll of up to 650 people, dealing with peopl. The relationship in between the workers is good always communicating on how to make things easier anf better for the company... Learning to understand and be patient on things because people always have their own perspective. Having to deal with people who are stubborn who never get to understand about their payments and hours is the most challenging aspects I've ever faced e's leave, disciplinary g the payroll of up to 600
