ENEGETIC,HONEST,RELIABLE ,HARD WORKING AND LOYAL

Managing staff headcounts +- 190 employees,issuing leave,warnings,controlling uniform,administration.checking attendance register,capturing hours manually,communicating with the client and team leaders.

Pros: greanner pasture and also to grow my carrer and shape my future in new enviroment

Excellent in challenging

I have completed my Bachelor degree in Public Administration in 2014; the nature of my degree course has prepared me to be able to handle almost any queries that come with statutory frameworks/government Policies, Human Resource Management Polices in general and Public Administration and related policies and its management at a professional level. It involved a great deal of team work, requiring initiative, self-motivation, confidence and a wide range of skills. I always put emphasis on meeting deadlines and I am able to upholding confidentially in the work environment, which makes me uniquely for the Office Administration. I am user-oriented, pro-active, flexible, innovative, detailed person, interactive and delivery-driven. I complete tasks with energy and passion.

I now know how to treat customers

To there is very exciting because i got a chance to know how to treat customers and how to approach them.i leant that at work you must always be down/culm.i leant communication with my colleagues and that team work is very important.pity we don't have long holidays we always work on weekends.

Learning Curve

I work from 07H00 to 16H30 weekdays. I have a normal relationship with my co-workers. I have learned to be patient with people and have emotional intelligence when working with them.
