Being open to challenges.

Leading people with different ages and cultures . Being a female Team Leader requires a Team player. Also being always ready to learn new challenges and have different approach to address different challenges. Have a willing to listen attitude.

Pros: Treat everyone with dignity and respect including customers you liaise with on thephone
Cons: Unusual shift starting and finishing times e.g 00:00 _08:00am

Adaptable and Flexible minded

I am working as an Operations Manager where there is a lot of planning involved I manage end to end processes from inbound to outbound. I have a good relationship with my subordinates and I visit their operational meetings monthly in all four functional areas. I enjoy collaborating with other teams as it gives an opportunity for learning more and share ideas. Challenges are more on when suppliers are not adhering to their schedules consistently which has a negative impact onto operations

Pros: Growing the business in terms of sales and ensuring sustainability
Cons: Long hours sometimes to ensure that work is completed within required standards

Excellent motivation

It's a nicely structured and stable company. Work is always done in a easily manner. Colleagues treat each other with respect. I've learnt alot about growth and customer relations. I enjoy there training setup. I don't like there interview structure.

Cons: Work smart and not hard
