I have great people skills, I work well in a team and have learned how to manage a big number of people through short courses with the company. I respond positively to instructions and have learned a lot about planning through my company. I love working with people because that's where I show my people skills. Being a visual person means I pay attention to detail and I am very assertive.

Pros: Great learning opportunities on how to handle different problems, about people and the working environment. Also learning on how to grow the business
Cons: Under paid for the type of work a visual specialist does
