What I have learnt in my current role is ensure I manage my time efficiently, I prioritize work well and ensuring that payroll is correct and submitted timeously. Challenging aspects of my work is deadlines are not realistic yet expectation is to deliver which results on quality of your deliverance.

Payroll

since Woolworth is retail company i work the most wit different number of employees in different stores with different personalities so it is not that easy to work with but i do my best to work with them, and it is not that we will always see things the same way there are problems that i experience from them and also the do experience some problems from me but we work around the problem and come up with a solution.
