Team work

I have been working for Woolworths Distribution Centre under Transman labour hire for five years as an operations Clerk,by being part of Woolworths Supply Chain had made me to realised my passion in Logistics industry which is the reason I ended up go for a course in Logistics and Supply Chain management,I have learned many skills, working as a team and also being a good team player,I have been recognised and received rewards for being productive, hardworking and also live and understand the culture and values of the business as a whole.

Pros: Learning new skills and good team work
Cons: 6 hours on site

Learning curve

We working night shift and we achieving every shift,and we make sure we load everything in the trucks right store in the trucks,every time we communicate us teams as we have 4 teams pair shift and we reached our target every shift,time keeping,communication,handling store carefully and everyone is doing it's duties

Greater career opportunities

I'm a Logistics and Supply Chain Management graduate, looking for a job in my fiels of study. Withbthe experience I have regarding the Distribution Center operations, I will be able to adapt and be proactive to the environment I'd be at. I have knowledge about end-to-end processing of consignments; offloading, sorting, receiving and picking, up to a dispatch phase.

Pros: Great opportunity for growth
Cons: Working on weekends or holidays
