Working for woolworths Café it's nice and challenging

Working for woolworths Café it's very nice the environment however working as a waitress there's no growth. It's very nice working with customers having to deal with different types of people some are very difficult some are sweet I've taught myself to be a good listener and also patient.

Challenging, people working there do it for just survival .Otherwise it is HELL

Western cape region is run by a very incapable leader .Screams,swears and shouts at people. Regionals use favouritism to run the region, Those below them are used as tools to fight their internal wars amongst themselves as group heads. countless paperwork and you never given time to do the work properly. Too much double standards, A lot of paper usage , for a company that preaches Save the enviroment like WW.Poor incentivising .Work culture so pathetic

Pros: Woolworths store managers are amazing , Tribeca leaders need to look after their employeess working in the cafes
Cons: Poor work ethics, regional Head uses favouritism , salary so poor
