Excellent learning curve
I grew a lot as an individual. Well an admin, help on the floor, also a cashier, salesperson and supervise. Created a family and assist each other in their departments. I learnt leadership skills, listening to others. respecting their views. I enjoy capturing my paperwork and following up on missing products its mysterious, monitoring and banking the money. When you have to receive stock and dealing with a difficult customer up until their satisfaction is met.
Pros: I got in as a Salesperson then I was promoted to admin.

My experience at Wellness has really been a challenging one but one that has taught me so much!
Very good company to work for. Flexible. You manage your day, dependant on the amount of work you have. Great team, lovely people. I have been in every are within the company and have learnt so much in all these areas that made me have the abilities I have today. Making my experience extremely diverse. My challenges will have to be the fact that we relocating offices, making it extremely difficult in terms of expenses and time.

Amazing stepping stone for career
I started at Wellness Warehouse to start my career in the health industry. The knowledge and friends that I walk away with is far more valuable than anything I could ever put into words. Co-workers were more like family and it was an environment where I felt safe to voice my opinion on how my staff were been affected or benefited with a supportive office team. I love engaging with clients on a daily basis and assisting them with information to help them with any health related issues. Unfortunately, the politics on how the company was run, was a little impractical and I felt management didn’t give much opportunity for trust between themselves and the staff to build. This was a cause to the high flux in staff coming and going. The most challenging part of this position would be the balancing between all departments within a store.
Pros: Great training systems in place, approachable management
Cons: Long working hours and no overtime.

Growth is visible within other departments
A typical work day, consists of national administration, Liaising and assisting the National Operations Manager, Meeting Request set ups. Liaising with potential Suppliers. Price Comparisons. Auditing Supplier Invoices. Assisting HR with Rosters, Leave, Sick. Recipe Costings and company GP of cafe's nationally. Internal Transfers. Audit monthly and weekly stock takes.
Pros: Do not work weekends or holidays.
Cons: Starting at 6am

Great staff to work with
I handle all the admin of the store, dealing with incoming and outgoing of stock. Ensuring paperwork is correctly done and financials of the company. The most challenging part of the are the hours we work. I enjoy working with my colleagues and learning new things everyday

Excellent
A typical work day starts at 8am. Ordering stock, replenish stock, merchandise, liase with suppliers for any training and coaching for the new week. Send off weekly roaters to HR and Payroll correspond with the area manager about outstanding paperwork, reply to emails,, request stock from other stores, assist customers, handle any form of complaints, stock counts and stock adjustments.

Good company with lot of opportunities
My company was a good company great team and gud op enjoying promotions and marketing day it's was great to work with tthem my managers were so supportive and they want us to learn each and every singlenew thingsportunityyy

Great bouncing board
Wellness was a great experience for me. I honestly think it opened me up to trying a ne. There could have been no other place where I would have learnt as much, nor applied myself as I did with the shop. I do, however, wish that the same investment the company expected the junior staff to make was made by the seniors at head office. I feel for the miracles they expect upstairs t, they should be putting in the same effort. But then again I would not have learnt as much had the need not been there.w kind of trajectory career wise

Excellent learning curve
opwe have to be at the store 30 minutes before open time. We first sweep and mop the shop. We set a budget for the day and month. I consult and recommend supplements and medications to my clients. Wwe really work as a well oiled machine. We have a great bond as a team and we trust each other when it comes to anything at work. I enjoy assisting my customers with their problems and learning new skills everyday. The most challenging part is the long hours and when you cannot assist a clientswith presenting problems. and sweep the floor.

Excellent learning curve for me since I don't even have medicine background
Assist customers by reccomending medication for them. Also assisting at a till pay point. Wellness warehouse is a fat growing company a and slowly people are getting aware of healthy lifestyle, so this is a very good leaning curve for me. I learn new things everyday, quite interesting.
Pros: Good leaning curve, knowledge gain.
