Weir Minerals SA Reviews

I've learned a lot in terms of dealing with customers especially supplies.

My company is one of the good companies I've ever worked at, beside internal politics. My relationship with my co-workers is good as there is no record of mistreatment. Working in the big company like this one gave me a lot of experience and learned how to liaise with top management. What I enjoy the most is the link among top to lower level employees. So as the company to improve is the way the employees interact with one another. The most challenging aspects of the job is the satisfaction of customers. Supplying good quality of goods, deliver on time and engagement of harmonising employees in the work place.

Pros: Opportunities are there but comes with challenges.
Cons: That is the worse part of my company practise. People can work seven days a week and sems to be a must do.

Learned to diversify with people of different ethnic groups

-Working long hours. -I have a good relationship with my fellow co-workers. -I have learned a lot working with different kind of people from different places. -I enjoyed working with different kind of people and learned more about their cultures. -The most challenging aspects is when you are introduced into new employees or introduced into a new environment with new faces. It is so difficult to familiarise with them.

Pros: Promotion is limited.
Cons: Working long hours in the company is a worse part than ever. No enough time to rest.
