A good company to work for.

This is a small company which is growing up and has a few years running. It is worth working for people wanting to learn and grow their potential. The remunerations are still poor and the company is unable to attract experienced staff on the open market. However the company is investing on infrastructure, plant and equipment that is ideal for people who have long term vision.

Cons: Renumerations still low and below market rates

Excellent learning curve.

Peaceful working environment. Family feel with loving colleagues. I enjoy the challenges of learning new things daily and being given the opportunity to express myself through my work.
