I can manage pressure very well as warehouse is always busy receiving stock and invoicing and dealing with queries daily and we work as a team as every one is a valuable assets to every department, I've learn a lot from this company as I was not only doing the receiving but finance and admin side as we were giving opportunity to up skill and which I was enjoying because I had so much experience about warehouse and doing ess(the system we use to apply leaves) The most challenging is to deal with difficult customer/suppliers but at the end of the day customer has to be happy and satisfied .

Im looking foward to be part of you team
am working from 8 to 5 doing receiving stock and deal with queries verbally and telephonically , dealing with difficult suppliers/customers but at the end of the day I manage to help customers and follow up their queries so that customer can be satisfied. we get opportunity to up skill and be valuable assets to every department.

I am people orientated and have had successful relations with clients, staff members and other students. Would like to work for a company that allows opportunities for growth
.I am proficient in IsiZulu, English and Xhosa. I have extensive experience in the Human Resources and related fields, industrial relations whether it is disciplinary or CCMA, I have good understanding of Human resources practices and laws i.e. LRA, EEA, AA, SDA and SDLA. Co-ordination of programmes whether it’s training planning, implementing or administration, facilitating or dealing with normal training issues and that includes dealing with SETAs. I am currently working for Bidvest Waltons in Riverhorse (Durban) as a Training officer, looking after +-500 employees over 17 retail Branches. I have worked for Altech UEC a division of the Altron group in Mount Edgecombe, Durban as HR Administrator/ Generalist looking after over 800 employees (including labour broker Employees). Before I was with Federal Mogul as HR Officer looking after two hundred and seventy five employees and have been in the position since 2011.

Learning Curve
I am a self-motivated & organized person who works very well under pressure to meet deadlines with excellent command in Excel, pays attention to detail and an ability to priorities and juggle multiple tasks which comes with years of experience throughout my career. I am up for any challenge in the work place and adapt easily in any working environment, with me having extensive practical experience in client service, undertaking administration duties and providing support to all Walton’s distribution center’s and Retail outlets nationally in order to ensure adequate support is available. I think I’m a perfect candidate for the position at hand. I have strong communication and interpersonal skills, in a friendly and professional manner with an excellent command of Microsoft Word, Excel, various MRP systems & various website (online) trading platform's

I'm capable of anything. i would like to begin from te bottom and work myself up until i succeed.
I'm capable of anything. i would like to begin from te bottom and work myself up until i succeed. The only way i see myself succeed is to focus 100%... I live for my work.. I have a positive energy and attitude. Any typical work day would be hectic but i love to work under pressure that's the only way how i can learn. Like i said i have a positive attitude so everyone that are surrounded around me feel the positive attitude. What i have learnt is that you need to have perfect costumer skills because other ways you going to make it for yourself hard. What ive enjoyed most is that you meet new people and their positive attitude and energetic smile makes your day better.

A start when you in need of a job, but there is no growth.
i enjoy working there as the relationship with colleges is excellent, we are multi race and get on very well , im basically a peoples person and love to smile a lot.i learned how to deal with customers in all categories and to be efficient and on your toes, when its time to work, i meet customers that would give advice on life challenges out there which brings out a lot of thought for life and future goals, i really don,t find my job challenging as i,m always ready to learn and add new experience to my life, what i have learned is not everyday of your working days are going to be the same, but its about being patient understanding a customers need and being patient.

Good company to work for when you want to start a career in sales
Yoi need to be able to work at a fast pase, 90% of the time your day does not work out as planned. You need to be able to stand in for frllow workers at any time. You have to be a team player, if not you will not make target. You are only as strong as the weekeste link in your team. Build the team up dayly. You can do anything if you set your mind on it. Dealing with customers. In the end they will not only be loyal customers but frends as well. If manufacturers deliver late. My customer planed to open a business on a spesific date. Plan B can i borrow you items till i can deliver

Cons: Stock take every 3 months. Till 12 at night and some times on Sunday

Learn product knowledge and customer care
start work at 6:30 (dont get paid to do so but if you dont come in early to do reports you will not get to the reports) most challenging is stock take and to make budget

Cons: long working hours and not caring eg. sicness have to work while you are sick and even booked off

Excellent customer service and get promoted for good service
My experience that I have learned it is important to work as a team,because if you work as a individual you won't make it because of the pressure from the parents who want their children's stationery on time and the staff who is behind with their work and you need to be focused and go extra mile if you want to overcome and achieve what you want. My job description was to capture,invoice and pick and pack the stationery and make sure it went on schools on time and give good customer service to the walk in customers.
Pros: My aim was to get a permanent positiom
Cons: I was working overtime sometimes 7:45am till 11pm
