Very stimulating to create new things and see them through testing

Every day will bring it's own challenges, from workers complaining, equipment breaking down to changes in Legislation. Long working hours and often bringing work home has it's downside but seeing a new product take to the skies sort of makes up for that.

Innovative environment

A typical day will involve Production challenges, sub-contractors and Quality control issues to address. Being the Senior Manager of the Company leaves you as the support base for the rest of the personnel. Do not underestimate the contribution of the juniors in the teams. Investigating and implementing the latest Technology is very stimulating. Some of the most challenging aspects of the current job is the timing of International orders.

Pros: Technical and Financial challenges are always rewarding
Cons: Political interfearance in the industry
