Good for employers coming out of school

we working in an open office space, its very good to see people with different backgrounds and cultural indifference get along. there is a high level in promoting teamwork. I am working in projects in an organisation with a matrix structure. as a new employee in the company it was not that challenging to approach other employees for information pertaining their respective fields.

Excellent

I’m a very good person who works hard and passionate about the fild of engineering. Skills Specialized of motors disabling and assembling, bearings, alignment of belts and chain belts, to make show that the production is running and to make break down during production. On weekends we do maintenance on pumps and bearings that needs lubrications or be changed

Pros: Great opportunity to grow and learn more in the fild of engineering

Company believe in worker empowerment.

VWSA is a great company to work for. VW salaries are above average. They offer learning opportunities to employees and also provide study support .VW have many qualified employees who struggle to get promoted.

Experience on building cars.

At work we spend full eight hours building cars one hundred and eighty units per shift in eight hours,it takes a hard working,determined human being to do that and I am that human being.At work you must be able to work with your coworkers because you are sharing tools,job rotating so you have to teach each other jobs.The challenges are when the tool is broken or someone damaged a part of a car no one once to take the responsibility for the damages including the supervisor.On my job I've learned that this is not the mans world because the most people who are building and always present on their jobs are females.

Daily production support

Daily dealings with production. Daily problem solving and reaction to ensure volume and quality. Short and long term planning projects. Ensuring man hours and man power is at the optimal levels. Defining the risk areas. Defining the scope for productivity and capacity potentials. Interacting on a daily basis with Management, shopfloor and union employees. Ensure assembly flow processes are standardised and documented.

Pros: Stability.
Cons: Lack of growth.

Excellent development oppertunities

This is a very established company which invests in it's employees as well as the community. Working in a Production environment requires excellent product and process knowledge with the ability to generate innovative solution to daily challenges. With such a fast-passed environment there is always new challenges and opportunities to excel your skills and experience.

Cons: Long drive out of the main city
