Gaining experience
Since it a new company there are a lot of growing opportunities since the company is expanding geographical and experiencing new things . The company has a record of distributing fibre in South Africa and it has hoped of connecting the whole Africa including rural areas when there are done with surbubs and towns

Excellent learning cyrve
Learnt a lot about optical fibre and being an employee in general. Learnt to communicate with clients and also manage technicians. Great working environment with small teams.

A very good learning platform with forever involving technology g
I work with the subcontractors on the go in the field. It is a very interesting role with different challenges every day which is trying and also makes my job less boring. I enjoy the fact that I am part of an organization that is changing the livelihoods of all South Africans putting them on another level as far as communication is concerned. On a day to day basis it's a pleasure to meet up with clients who are the normal citizens of the country who are the beneficiaries of the end product.,being able to even answer questions that they have about the dynamics and advantages of the product that we are offering them.

Lovely working environment
My Work day starts off with me coming in and planning my work. once i am at my desk i start immedietly with my high levels which gives me the information i need in order to plan out the fibre routes. i have learnt so much from this company regarding the fibre industry. i Enjoy most the fact that i can work my own hours as long as my target for the week is complete.

Great experience and exposure
It was a great experience and learning venture to explore and expose myself to a new environment, culture, knowledge and experience. It has been a bumpy yet satisfying experience from the culture to day to day duties. At vumatel we shared a friendly relationship with coworkers and executives.

From start-up to corporate
-Typical day involves issue resolution and not getting enough time to finish actual work - The good ones its good and the rest are there -I have learnt fibre sales and marketing thanks to the corporate side of things -I have enjoyed the growth in the company but not so much the stagnation of it
