•Manage the campus finance section and subordinates. •Supervisor campus bank reconciliation, control the accounting of state monies at campus level. •40Ensure proper administration and utilisation of petty cash and execution of College financial management policy. •Supervise the capturing of all financial data in the database. •Make follow ups with debtors regarding payments of outstanding funds. •Compile financial reports and submit to the Central Office Finance Section. •Ensure that all debtors are issued with statements timeously. •Ensure that all financial documents are properly filed for future reference. •Compile and control the campus budget. •Assist during registrations by ensuring that students are issued with relevant bank deposit slips. •Ensure that all bursaries are credited to the student's accounts as soon as they are approved by NSFAS. •Process payments of bursary allowances to students.

I'm still studing a hunan resources management
Good communication skills with other workers,able to deal with problems at work, coping skills,saving the work done to be found wen retrieved,learning how to treat student wen coming to collect their certificate and diplomas,i enjoy working with student because it was my job to make them leave office smiling, overcoming challenges of issuing results of more than 10 000 students not less than 5 working days.
Pros: they have promise that if ever there will be a position i'll be called to come back

Good learning curve
I am a young women who is vibrant and passionate, with good communication skills (written and verbal), planning and organizing skills, ability to work with people of different race and culture, very good in problem solving, willing to go extra hours, excelling in prioritizing, analytical thinker and ultimately good in paying .

Learning new things is easy
where am currently working now is a very nice place all employees are friendly and they dedicated to their job.its public sector and at the public sector we don't close only when its December times
Pros: if you are a hard worker they can even renew your contract as mine has been done

I have learn a lot about how to use computer and I'm faster typer
I'm a fast learner and I'm computer literature I can type fast in the computer, I have good relationship with my co-worker I understand someone idea I don't under mine other people, I have learn to send and receiving mail ,filing of waybill,taking message and making appointment, assist in the admissions process.I learn to type fast and data captured. I enjoyed typing taking message and making appointment. The challenge that I face is when other student come with attitude while they need to be assistants I try to make them calm and when they calm I talk with them in a precious voice

Networking controller
Am Sedzani Madzunya, from limpopo and trusted person on any information and work i did. i am a hard worker and i started repair computers since i was 17 years old. i know many things about computer problems and its operation: like how to upgrade any components, windows installing and software. Even to maintain server, networking and IP address configuration. i spent lots of time using computer or laptop search, educate my self about new software's and windows. Because software still updated all the time. i have knowledge of creating website and application software. i can work under pressure or even someone is not around at work so that the company will grow. i enjoy working with computer all the time

Good environment to establish yourself
A typical day at work involves attending to student queries ,capturing and typing. I have built a sound and results driven relationship with co-workers. i have improved my typing skills, problem-solving skills and how to achieve results and meet deadlines without breaking a sweat. Being given challenging tasks. When every superior officer needs assistance and all at the same time
