Good learning curve
Working there was extremely fun but could be hectic, with communication bearer being an issue has most clients we French and Spanish speaking. My co-workers and I had a good working relationship were personal matters could sometimes we address. Working for VFS has taught me to be extremely grateful for caring for my co-workers and cautious, were reprimanding to keep work in tack and tasks completed. I enjoyed the working hours were weekends was not a working day.

Patience and accuracy
My daily job is to: Identify, verify, confirm and capture client's documents ans passports on VISA applications. Capture clients' finger prints and photographs with the aid of Biometric Enrollment application to the designated spreadsheets. Prepare scan and convert physical application to PDF. Conduct a quality check of all the PDF documents ans outscan them to the Department of Home Affairs. Inscan Temper Evident Envelopes with outcomes from the Department of Home Affairs. Courier Temper Evident Envelopes to provinces to reach VFS Global LSP Centres, Issue received outcomes to clients. E-mail, fax and phone clients. We make a great team by looking to achieve the target daily. I have learn to work beyond my job description and learning to speak other people' languages. I do enjoy walking step by step with my clients until I see the end results. The most challenging part of my job, is that we knock off too late due to the que.

Learning Curve
It's a multi cultural organizations that has given me the opportunity to expand within my experience and territories The day to day running and experience of liasing with a multi cultural diversity of people who are looking for visa's One gets to understand the visa procedures and what is expected of an employee. Team work,payments including learning the most used languages in Limpopo. I am one person that works well under pressure and within a team,learn beyond my task

Good learning curve
Great opportunities,I work with a team of 5 people including me,we process refunds for all provinces and some international refunds,each person handles their own location,we work very smart and hard to reach out target and we bring million in the company but we are not recognized for our hard work.

Good experience
Monotonous work structure. Poor management skills. Co workers gossip too much and are judgemental. Ethnic groups are not balanced. All workers are relatives to each other. I enjoy the applicants that I work with. I have gained admin experience. Most challenging aspect is communication. Lack of growth.

Fully Computer Literate Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),data capturing skills
The company has a good image all employees complains about their salary, the company has good working environment. You learn a lot about working in operations and administration, when it come to growth someone has to be fired before one can get a promotion.
