Great learning experience and customer service skills development
Overall I have developed skills I didn't have before, I now know about customer service and customer satisfaction. My working relationship with my senior is perfect, she leads and I follow. At times she let's me lead which is empowering. I enjoy giving customer advice and good customer service.
Pros: You can build strong work based relations and you get meet new people everyday. It builds a strong character and teaches you how to deal with customers. Great customer service skills developed

Excellent learning curve
I used to promote and demonstrate products to at least 15 clients a day and would get at least3-6 sales a day. I had a very good relationship with my co-worker because we could assist each other and ensure a good sales environment. I have learnt that you need to interact with a lot of customers in order to ale sales and close them. I enjoyed demonstrating products to my customers nd seeing the difference I have made in their lives by introducing them to the product I promoted. The most challenging aspect part of the job was working long hours that lead me to limited social life.

Excellent learning opportunity for a target driven person
A great opportunity for a young goal and target driven person. Hard work pays after All, you need to push harder to reach your target and get commission money. What bothers me is that you have no life because every weekend and holidays you working. But after all I love the competition from other companies that sell the same products.
Pros: Always nice when we have promotions coz we sell alot.
Cons: No weekends off. Always at work and hard to spend time with your family during holidays and weekends.

Excellent, sales driven targets
Every day a sales agent must make a certain trget to achieve commission at tge end of the month. Ee required to make atleast 3090ramds a day to acquire comm for the month emd. We have to apromote yet approach customers as well by heloing Nd explain ing to them the benfits about tge orodut:-Pse

I am more than willing to learn new things
For the experience I have in this industry I think I make a suitable candidate.i believe that I possess the temperament and experience to excel in this position. Not only am I well organized bit I have a passion for creating positive and productive working environment.Through observation and asking detailed questions I believe that I will have a significant impact on the daily operations.

Excellent learning curve
My day to day is extreamly businy as i am a administrator and training co ordinator. i have to recruite excellent candidate to join our team on a day to day basis. i am a very friendly person and love meeting with new personalities . i have learnt that i am a strong person and can work under alot of pressure. most challenging working here is that it is a very very stressful environment and everything needs to be on point to detail,lots of deadlines.

Excellent learning curve
My staff i value with every sentiment because we are face of the company and we need to ensure sales and targets are met. We grow our clientele by making customers feel welcome in our store on a daily bases. I personally have a huge drive for sales and love seeing customers leaving with a smile.. i like pleasing customers as they always come back to the store when im around.working at verimark you need to be highly sales driven be computer literate ensure targets are met manage finance and everything els pertaining admin . As being a store manager ive mastered each thing and i have it on black n white audits.

Good learning curve
Working at verimark teaches one to deal with different situations and also helps you learn how to think out of the box and be totally independent in decision making.
