I learned how to function and cope under pressure. This helped me understand and work with different people on an everyday basis. I am now ready to move to bigger and greater career paths. Working under pressure and professionalism

Working under pressure and working with different clients daily basis, inbound and out bound calls, reaching companies target and commission for month end salary, being professionally to clients and patience, multi tasking between a call and on the desk top at the same time

Learning experience as being an assistant supervisor

As a collector my day to day I have to follow up on debtor that promised to pay nd those that have paid. Sell debit orders convinced debtor how it is at their best interest to pay their accounts. Going admin going to do banking from time to time. Attending meetings. As an assistant supervisor doing production on previous days work like calls , costs generated by collectors. Having to update my teams mates on wht is going to happen or changes form the manager. The challenging is addressing my teammates now as per instructed nd giving orders

Exellent in doing my job..always in time at work...work extra Mile

I was working as a debt collector at vericred collectioms in witbank...i enjoyed working there couse we were working as a team ....what i ddnt like is that we were working under pressure and saturdays as well with no pay...i learn how to collect money and wt was challenging is to make sure you reach target every month...when you came late at work u pay for the hours you missed...special treatment and favourism as well.

Debtor collector

Dedebt collector It was nice I learned that you nrrd to creatfull to any job you get I enjoyed speaking to debtor The most challenging was that supervisor can do what ever they want about you

Good growing curve

It is a good growing environment, and good learning skills though it challenging when it comes to dealing with difficult individuals on the call, and you need to have a good listening skills where you have get the other person on the call from the start of the call so it will be easy for you to combine all the info and come up with a better deal that will be also comfortable to them.I had a good relationship with my workers and I m a well known helper have been once appointed as a second in charge that was the most challenging experience.

Challenging yet fun

Typical working day will be when you have to reach your KPI daily, the challenge becomes when all this increases unexpected. Otherwise co workers are great to work with, high energy levels
