A great learning experience with international tax

The excellent healthy working environment with very friendly helping colleagues and leaders. The company offered so much for their staff in terms of keeping yourself healthy and feel determined to get the work done.

Excellent with admin, works well in teams as well as individually

Good welcoming development team. Good way to start off career but not long-term job stay. No benefits. Very subjective. Not a lot off oportunity for growth No employee uplifting or recognition

Challenging Work Environment

Most challenging aspects of the job is to not upset people with general conversation as the company does not like people making general conversation. Took 2 years to move into IT Desktop Support after supplying details when first joining the company

Great learning programs

Great learning programs. It is a massive company and the online learning programs that they offer is great for those employees who feel the need to better their knowledge about certain vat schemes as well as how the other departments of the company operates. You can learn about the basic process that has to take place before the next step is reached and this enables you to have a clearer understanding of what is, required from each department as well as how important your role in the company is.

Limited room for growth

It's is a great environment if one is still trying to find their feet, but for people with enough experience there's no room for growth as growth is only given out to a certain ethnicity group
