Appropriate and competence

-Since this is a most productive time of the day, I try to tackle the most demanding projects and review my to do list from yesterday. -Always make positive assumptions with my bosses or my colleagues, support my co workers and practice common courtesy, respect other people's time - I have matured as an individual and my experience of working with other both colleagues and customers has contributed a lot to my interpersonal skills. I am now productive in my role, well equipped to handle unusual or difficult situation. -I enjoyed giving direct support to senior management in a way that really make a difference, I enjoy the challenge, the responsibility and precise approach which is necessary for me to deliver the information the management rely upon. -Expecting always to be available, expect to know everything even when not included in meetings and private conversations and always be force to deal with difficult personalities.,

A platform to another level

Concentrate on how I ‘organize’ my day and the rest of the week and looking through our office scheduling system to check for any changes, interacting with my coworkers, with them and helping other departments if they are behind with their daily work. My current job is an excellent learning opportunity and I developed my skills and experience in numerous different ways. I have learned how to run our department successful and effectively when my coworker is not around. I enjoy the diversity of tasks a day brings and even the unexpected challenges tomorrow brings like gaining knowledge in different facets of the company and learning about new topics or how to do new things.I enjoy being needed, coming up with the answer or the solution to make your task of the day easier or to make you more effective in my job. Most of my challenges I have had to deal with a lot of personalities coming in and out of the office space but I am pleasant.

I am a well presented, positive, energetic and ambitious person who has developed a mature and responsible approach to any task that I undertake, or situation that I am presented with. I am positive and hardworking individual, who always strives to achieve the highest standard possible, at any given task. I possess excellent communication skills, good telephone manner and have the ability and experience to relate to a wide range of people. I enjoy learning new things in my life and as a Graduate in Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing with experience in Sale and Marketing ,Administration, Customer service and PA and I am able to provide service to customers internal and external and maintain customer relationship, handle customer complaints and solving problematic situations.

Contributor

I would like to become a contributor, to be involved in Administration duties and contribute to the development of the company in administration activities. At the same time I will advance my competence in several facets of Administration. I am willing to coordinate all the Administration activities and also improve the performance of the company's brands. I am ready to learn and work with Line Manager for implementation of various Administration plans and activities aimed at improving the business of the company. I am able to handle queries and doubts of the clients regarding the product or service the company is offering and ensure that the enquiry process is conducted in a timely manner that meets procedure and customer satisfaction, assist with internal communication, facilitate departmental meetings and manage all day to day activities.

Growth is limited

I deal with students, parents and lectures on a day to day basis about the academics of students. Solve queries regarding academics. And ensure the running of lectures is smooth sailing. I enjoy customer service the most, assisting someone and ensuring the get the best service is my outmost best part of my job. The conditions under which we work in can be sometimes most stressful and difficult. I have learnt how to push myself and prioritise my workload. As stressful and difficult the work environment is my colleagues are the best part of my work place.

A good place to kick start working even with no experience

It is a good company to kick start at and gain cooperate environment experience also learn how to apply some of the skills that are acquired at university. More skills were acquired such as : Sales Telephone etiquette Preparation of reports Lead generation The atmosphere is pleasant to work and the culture of the company allows an individual to work with out any supervision and or pressure.

Great experience

Good Day My name is Leboghile Motaung and I am currently a Lecturer at Varsity College ( Pietermaritzburg Campus) where i specialize in teaching both theory and practice to student teachers who wish to enter the field of education. I have been in the education space for nine years where I’ve had the opportunity to be a student teacher myself, then a Department of Education English teacher at Camperdown Combined School from 2014 to 2018 . When I left the Department of Education in 2019 I assumed an Academic Managers position at ICESA College where I realised the need for me to go and harness my knowledge and skill in higher education even further so that I can have more insight in this sector because the majority of my experience in education was in the General Education and training sector as my undergraduate Bachelor of Education degree was in the Intermediate and Senior phase.

A day in my shoes

- My day starts of doing daily checks -I have a very good relationship with my co-workers. -I Have learned how to deal with different types of people. from the staff to the students and to keep it professional at all times. -I enjoy training the staff and students. -Having to deal with people different personalities.

Pros: Flexible hours
Cons: Sometimes not being taken seriouly. Not having admin rights to most things.
