Learning experience

Working for Usabco(Addis) it's quite exciting,everyday has its own challenges from building a relationship with new customers to building strong relation with managers,buyers and customers,a mutual understanding with Co workers...learning everyday on how to deal with different crisis and customer needs are being met. What I enjoy most is seeing a happy customer and interacting with customers

I need to learn and grow explore

It has been great and fruitfull working for USABCO.I have overcome and learned alot from starting as a general order picker to driving a hyster and now for the past two years have step in to the admin shoes (invoice clerk and leading hand).My typical work day is to import pickslips and print it . There after gave it to the pickers to pick and afterward invoice all reqeusted orders.Also make sure all customers are happy and are being supplied in full. Keep a great communication relationship with all clients.I have also learned that in order to succeed you have to respect your co workers . And be strict on what you want to be done.I enjoy most that i can be a teacher as well a inspiration to many who are stuggling to make it in life . It just shows with hardwork and determination you can reach all your goals and dreams.All jobs come with challenges and we cant wish them away but take each challenge and make it part of what you do. In that way we will overcome each day .

Good place to kickstart your career

A typical work day would be to clock in, in the mronings. Check the book to see what breakdowns happened over night. Fix the morning wuick breakdowns. Than move onto the bigger breakdowns and planned maintenance. Co-workers are fun. Great team to work with. Can depend on each other to lebd that extra hand. What i enjoyed most was or is doing major tough breakdowns, to prove to myself that i can do anything. Modifcation and redisgn are one of the aspects i enjoy most. Being able to remake a part within my capacity and my own design.

Pros: Great place to learn.
Cons: Sometimes people can get you into trouble.

I'm good in driving I have 9 years driving in different company

I'm good in driving having a good behaviour to work with orthers and to learn other things in your company I enjoy witching tv reading books.I have two children the older she is 20 last 18.I will be happy if you can call me to interview

Great challenges

As an operator u deal with challenges cause every day the is a new order and you work with different article and you have to perform and be a team player as you are the face of the company with good and excellent work as well as neat and tidy for production so that clients wont have any queiry or returning the production because of carelessness of the operator you have to be a seller of a prodution by making sure the product is alright and every our must make sure you still run the right pruduct .colour and the shape is still alright

Pros: Great opportunity to manufacturing because you learn new things and to be work depended because is just you and the machine
Cons: Working long hours it mean more money

Good place to kickstart your career

Typical work day is basically breakdowns. Making of new parts. Welding and brazing. Cooling Towers. I have learnt alot on how injection moulding works. The full operation. I enjoy working with my team.

Pros: Great place to learn.
Cons: Sometimes people can get you into trouble.

Management information technology

Work well on my own and a self starter also with ability to work with little. Eager to learn new system by providing value and quality of performance. Continuously improving solving problem at that root, I give only the best service to pursue the good mission and I am prepared to commit time and energy to meet deadlines.

Pros: Ability to socialize and understand the demands of the company.
