Communication skills .On my previous i have learn to be creative and self motivated.

Decision Making,Time Management,Self-motivation,Conflict Resolution,Leadership Adaptability.Commercial awareness (or business acumen) This is about knowing how business or industry works and what makes a company tick,Communication,Teamwork,Negotiation and persuasion,Leadership Organisation and Perseverance and motivation.

Great leaning curve

communication skills improved, working with a range of personalities. the company can do better if restructured to sort the different departments, overall the communication between the departments is good. i enjoy mostly reaching a clients needs with a deadline.

Pros: great working hours
Cons: no social meetings.
