Good first proper job
Exposure in to a very professional work environment was great. Working under a good mentor was very enjoyable, exciting learning, boost to self-esteem and self-worth when I could contribute desired work.

Learning oppotunity
I mostly start my job in the afternoon and that gives me time to prepare thoroughly. I have a good relationship with my supervisor and the students i assist. I have acquired a lots, especially the communication Skills and team effort. I like the fact that I am putting an impact in someones life by equipping them with knowledge in their academic life. It becomes challenging when the students don't speak up when the meet challenges in what you are trying to teach them.

Gaining much experience because of facing challenges
University of Johannesburg it's a big university and face lost of challenges because the are lost of user there and all the user's they get assistance from my department but firstly a user must log a call so that can be attended. Any problem that a user face and can't solve it means have to make sure that problem solve.
Pros: Gain experience and do the work exactly
Cons: Won't get opportunity to be permanent

Good skills development
It was a good experience as I had left the company now. I learnt how to work with people and the skills I got personally and professionally. I learned how to handle angry clients and working under pressure showed me that I can be productive more. Research skills gained as I was working on the field in people's houses. You get to know how the life of people in South Africa is. As colleagues we always helped each other when we encountered problems or restrictions. The most challenging thing about it was not getting a way to convince a client to give you the time but it was very interesting and always encouraging to get up in the morning and go to work

Excellent learning curve
A person of excellence. Believe in job well done. A leader not a boss. Believe in teamwork and results driven. Very patient person and become frustrated when deadline is not met.

Auxiliary Service Manager
I start work at 7h00 in the Morning, have a lot of meetings because of the Nature of the Institution, don't usually take Lunch time, have Lunch on my desks, lot of walk ins unscheduled meetings. I have a great working relation with my workers, co-workers and Manager, I have a staff of 151 included Co-Ordinator, Supervisors and Team Leaders. To follow the rules, create a strong sense of Team Work, Treat everyone with respect, and take pride in my work Interacting with different People Not everyone will be happy with the service you are providing
