It was nice to work at unitrans there wa no pressure for management and we had the good communication with our supireous and management,the job at unitrans it wasnt that hard,the hours we worked there was normaly hours most of the things at unitrans i can say that there was good
Pros: Unitrans is a profeshional company when it comes to work coz there is a racks there they dont put a stock anywhere they put a stock where it belongs lyk all the racks got symbols lyk a.b.c.d etc if u picked u dnt have to go all around and look for the stock or product the scanner tells u exactly where the product is at unlike the other places that u have to look for something unitrans is 100% good when it comes to work
Cons: There was paying according to NBC and there was an increase every year lyk the NBC Binded all the companies that are under them to do so

Looking for change
My working career thus far has evolved around the manufacturing and supply chain environment in which I have significantly developed knowledge and experience in applying accounting, auditing, supply chain and manufacturing principles and techniques. I have completed an accounting and auditing tertiary qualification and also completed MDP (Management Development Programme). Along the way I have gained knowledge and experience in systems and ERP (Sage,WMS,Stockkeeper-BWL,SAP & Syspro); strong excel skills, working knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain principles, management reporting experience and strong analytical and problem solving skills, people management and managing industrial relations within the organization. Looking to exploit my expertise in other supply chain, manufacturing or non manufacturing organizations which will be attributable to my future success in my career.

Challenging
typical work day involves taking calls form struggling users across the country, and closing off support logs. Friendly staff some judgmental and breakdown characters.

Training was given when shortfall was detected
Unitrans was a great company to work for, depending on your contract manager. I had the privelage to work under numerous managers whereby i learnt from each of them. They gave me the opertunity to study towards my Diploma at the university of Johannesburg. It is however extremely difficult to get promoted due to the large quantity of employees.
Pros: Up to date with technology. Training provided on new implementations.
Cons: Sometimes leaving you high and dry on operational matters. For example i on numerous occasions worked 24 to 36 hour shifts

Hard worker
Am working at the motor industry company, under IT department I do IT admin and learn more about IT as well. This company is a well established company known globally, I will to join another company as for I need to explore and gain more experience that I need for the future reference, I will appreciate to join your company as for I passion for my work and am also qualified.

In My previous job I worked as a despech and receiver, that makes me learn a lot of things at work now I can work under any circumstances , nometer what is that situation I can deal with it , I don't choose job that why I end up driving trucks for Company, forklift, doing QC operating machine , stock controller

No positive geed back from managment
Fast paced invroment 24/7 365 operations .alway on the go .safty files not completed and all out of dated ask for support from managment get cold shoulder staff in work shop work well as a team
