Hard but learning curve

The is doing well against other companies it's field but there is not growth for it's workers and growth financially for the workers. Operations and systems need to be looked again, work is doubled because the old system and ways of doing work. It has potential to be great only if certain things were to change

Pros: Excelling in this environment means it would be a walk in the park in a well organized company
Cons: Work hard for less

Learning curve emotionally and mentally.

You are able to meet new people who have a different way of thinking, and a different way on how to view or react to certain work politics which can be helpful

Pros: Many learning opportunities and to gain experience
Cons: Long working hours and physically stressful

Excellent learning curve, excellent supply chain and logistics (Distribution)

There are less Opportunities for growth. However, it is a good working environment and the very best aming other distributors. It is a good Company for experience but due to lack of opportunities, I do not find my job challenging anymore.

Pros: Great opportunity for supply chain and customer care
Cons: No working structure

High pace, high pressure

Focus is on keeping bosses happy instead of the other way around. Good systems in place but poorly utilised. Senior management spends too much time in unproductive meetings. Recruitment is based on likeability not competence. Transformation is low is on the company's agenda and anu CSI is done for face value.

Wise and very helpful

I'm a hard worker as individual and energetic person who can handle any pressure of work,i'm wise and helpful i can work as a team and work extra hours without any complain

Pros: Lack of professionalism shown by some individuals.
Cons: 6 days a week for night shift and no straight knock off time.

Great Learning experience

I had a great working experience as I started working there as a graduate. I learned a lot from my colleagues and I created good friendships. Working there has helped me cope with pressure and tight deadlines

Pros: Great opportunity for Graduates
Cons: Too much pressure
