Communicative, negotiation skills,client support and im also vibrant and reliable

Im Luyanda Mkhize i enjoyed working at uniliver as it was part of growing up , my superiors were very supportive and we as worker's we find easy solutions to meet company's objectives and goals.

Pros: It good because i learn a lot from co wokers to smooth ; it also give me an understanding of big working environment
Cons: Working system for the company makes our work load even bigger within a short space of time

Good

Am a hard worker who enjoys working with people, I also enjoy working under pressure. Am a fast learner Biggest challenge I ever came across when I was put in charged of team of old and experienced people. They will tell me that they worked for company before I was born. But we ended up friends because of my personality

Learning opportunities and challenges when machine brake downs.maintenance and stocktaking.Health and safety was most important things that one should take into consideration.PPE is essential for safety.Using correct tools for the job.Housekeeping must be done all the time.

I will like to learn more in different fields and get skill on different companys in order for to improve my knowlage skill and not living under poverty to be a breade winner at my femaliy.I wil like to be contacted as soon as possible
