Opportunities for growth.

. I have learned Quality Assurance techniques, Safety procedures when working with Machinery importantly with moving parts. Learning experience in working with harzardous chemicals mostly for cleaning. Working with different kinds of people who share the necessary Skills and Knowledge was a big learning experience in the FMCG industry.

Definitely a learning curve

Interaction with customers, at all levels Planning and prep done day before so off to customers eayour Problem solving Learning about the customer's business and their vision for the future of the company Joint business plans Great coworkers Mister challenging : getting management to increase incentives

Challenging environment with of opportunities for growth.

The environment is a bit challenging, there's a lot of work which teaches one to work patiently under pressure. There are many opportunities for growth. Great company to gain experience from. I process orders and uplifts on a daily basis. I check the pricing and load deals on the system. I assist customers with any kind of queries they might have either telephonically or via email.

Started as

Currently employed by Unilever South Africa. I have been in the business for over 5 years. I started as a Supply chain coordinator for Unilever Africa Emerging Markets . I then went on to being a imports planner and at present I currently hold the position of customer service consultant for Unilever based at Pick and Pay Head office in Johannesburg Previously employed by Impson Logistics within their learnership programme , I then was appointed as an Outbound Logistics Controller soon after completion of the programme I have a Bcom degree in Transport Economics and currently completing SAPICS modules

Cons: My role is relocatin to Cape Town and i still want to be based in JHB

Facing new challenges all the time and strengthen my mind to get it right

In my company is factory that we started with from ground so everyday we face lot of new problems that affect our production so we tackle them daily,am a person who like learning alot on techincal problems from my artisans and engineers and i have learn alot how to lead your team on your shift, i enjoy alot transfering knowledge to my team, breakdown are the most challenging thing in my job.
