Excellent learning Curve

Great organization to work for , with international assignments employees are exposed to other countries , well developed systems and procedures , advanced technologically great to working to improve underprivileged women and children and knowing that my job touches so many lives who would have suffered tremendously and even die if UNICEF didn't intervene especially in poorer African countries

Pros: Great internationl exposure
Cons: limited oportunities for growth in my chosen field of study

Excellent communicaation and technical skills

I had produced organizational structure and have made the decison maker to decide up on and then work on the staff placement. i out sourced the recruitment process and then have produced training guideline for the organization. after the approval of that manual, i have conducted training for the newly placed staff to familize the staffs with the organization.

Pros: i do finish my job before deadline by planning and organizing activities pre-hand
Cons: I use extra time to do any assignment given
