Positive change

Community development provides a sense of fulfillment. Knowing at the end of the day that you made a difference. Excellent learning curve

What i enjoy most about the job is that I'm faced with diffrent challenge a everyday and during the process I learn alot of things individually and with co -workers.

Gained a lot of experience

I was the 1st employee of the company together with 2 directors when it started trading in 2008. We built the company up to what it is today, a leader in the compressed air sector, with 6 branches country wide. A typical workday consisted of updating cashbooks from the bank statements, meetings with staff to determine which debtors needed to be called and which creditors needed to be paid.

Pros: Above average salary
Cons: Not enough personnel to handle the workload and a MD that refused to hire more people

Im willing to learn and im a hardworker

Worked at the university of johannesburg.I have a good customer relationship. Work with the community. I had a good relationship with my managers and coworkers.

Learned alot

The most challanging aspecs was to Design the template that a client can understand on what the cost will be for a beautifull wedding. Relationship with co workers was like a family. What I enjoyed the most was at crunch time everybody can together and worked as a team to get things done. I have learned that no matter what you do in your job there is always appreciation from everybody. That you dont get every were.

Excellent company to work for.

I used to enjoy working here when i had a permanent job but now that it is casual its difficult as i do not have work to do the whole day. I like to be busy from the time i start work until i go home. I have a good working relationship with all my co workers as i am a peoples person.

Fast learner

Collections ..typing ..answering calls ..queries. Disputes ..negotiation ..when meeting my target before the 25th that makes me happy. ...been a best collector ...challenge was when working new account but most dia puts have to follow on my paying accounts to increase inatallments.
