VERY GOOD LEARING CURVE

WORK DAY STARTING AT 4 SOMEDAYS WITH DRIVING TO SITE AND MAKE SURE ALL WORK IS UP TO DATE CONFIRM THAT THAT ALL WORKERS IS HAPPY AND THAT THEY GOT STOCK TO COMPLETE WHAT THEY NEED TO DO. ASSEST THEM IN MAKING DICUSSIONS ON ALL LEVELS AND INSURE EVERY WORKER IS HAPPY. LEARNED THAT IF YOU TREAT WORKERS WITH RESPECT YOU WILL GET MORE AND BETTER WORK FROM THME. ENJOY SEEING CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AFTER JOB IS COMPLETE. COPING WITH A FEW DIFFERENT SIDE IN THE WHOLE OF DURBAN AND SURROUNDINGS

Teamwork

I loved working with the customers...my passion. I experienced new challenges. Due to my years of working, I gained a lot of experience. Even though some days were pressurizing, I still managed to complete my work. The most interesting part of my job was, when the customers acknowledged my worth, they appreciated me and was happy that I cared and valued them. I gave no reason for the customer not to come back.

I am an excellent team player but can also work on my own. Very analytical and have excellent client service skills. I have a passion for client service and deliver excellent service and good quality work.

I worked as a Warehouse Manager for 15 years. I grew from an assistant to a manager.

I worked in Mount Frere Discount World I managed staff and handled the ordering of spares Speaking to customers, ordering what they required Speaking to suppliers and negotiating the best prices And also liaising with the courier to make sure these items were delivered timorously

Pros: salary was good R20000
Cons: being away from home, working long hours

Good learning experience

I enjoy being in a work environment where by I am assisting end users with their computer problems that they might encounter during their usage I enjoy working with friendly staff that do not hustle you around that makes my job easier and look forward to assist where possible I learnt to treat any problem as a new experience so that I can use different troubleshooting s same problem different ..,
