Worked at accounts for two years..processing credit notes then went to customer service where we place orders for PnP,Shoprite through EDI,open accounts and did customer complains.Did orders for wholesalers eg Jumbo..work closely with KEY accounts managers

Good

I work 4 days shift. I have good relationship with my co-workers. I have learnt to be accurate at all times. I enjoy taking responsibilities and troubleshooting.

Production management

• Acted in a Production Lead position (December 2018 – January 2019). • Part of the problem solving team in Converting Operations • Run production meetings and reporting on daily KPI’s and production run • Developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) for converting plant. • Developing Hazard identification and Risk assessment sheets for production lines. • Teach and train machine operators on Risk Assessments and SOP’s. • Ensuring operators are familiar with the Twinsaver Way Project - A project implemented by the company to save waste, money and time. • Conduct RCFA's in breakdowns that more than an hour or repetitive.

From Setting up the Business to ensuring good Governance

I was personally responsible for setting up the company after from sale of business from Nampak to establishing a new organisation. this incuded a Coporate Governanace framework & processes to establishing & delivering on a new startegy. M&A activity included the purchase of Sylko & Validus & the integration of these two entiites into Twinsaver group to extarct value.

Pros: Full responsibility for Strategy & delivery.
Cons: Working under severe cash constraints.

Great heavy duty manufacturing experience gained,supervisory and planning experience gained.

I enjoy competing my task at within time frame,but should I not manage I report to my supervisor before the expected deadline, encouraging co-workers when doing a task,.
