Promoted twice within the company. Currently Team leader in the repairs and service department

day to day dealing with walk demanding walk in, email and telephonic clients. However, i enjoy this environment. my Job is to ensure that all my clients are kept satisfied, RE: repairs, service, feedback and feed-forward. Along with this i need to ensure the everyone in my department is on top of their game, work gets done properly and meticulously. i care to ensure that daily tasks, month end reports and stock levels as well as cost keeping is kept in tact, kept to a minimum and kept in line with our requirements. I enjoy every aspect of my Job from the colorful and funny clients to the Weird and angry once as they have helped me grow as individual and a Team leader / Manager.

Pros: I believe i have ALOT of room to grow, and be a better manager.
Cons: Current grown is at a hold due to no higher position withing the company.

I have never seen so many people leave one company in 1 month.

Very busy switchboard, more busy than I have experienced on switchboard before. Start at 8 sharp - calls come streaming through from 8. Relationship with most co-workers are good, nothing personal. I have definitely learnt to deal with a more busy board and more extensions. What I enjoy most is being left alone. Most challenging is the fact that even if i need the ladies i wont be able to go unless i find someone that can relieve me on the switchboard, if i do not find anyone I cant go.

Pros: No room for growth.
Cons: long wait before break times etc..
