Different environment with new learning experience.
Looking forward to interacting with clients and assisting in resolving office matters. Assisting in other offices if my workload is not much for the day as it gives room to grow, and empowers one self. Clients take first priority and procrastination is the thief of time. I have a sense of joy when i leave my work place knowing that i served my purpose and worked to my full capacity. Multitasking was the most challenging, as there are deadlines to be met and clients to attend to as they are our priority.

Working with Tshwane North TVET college was a great experience
The organisational culture was good but the institution it self nevr allowed growth, and the asset management department i leant to work under pressure be able to relate with all departments to provide administrative support

Good lessons
I worked at Tshwane North TVET College very well and I was having a good & close relationship with my colleagues. I have learnt that respect, humble myself and education it's the key in life. I have enjoyed every moment that I had with my colleagues especially when we were going to attend workshops somewhere else. The most challenging aspects of my job it was to deal with the difficult supplier and students.

Excellent learning curve
Everyday its a good opportunity to learn something new, a good working space with great people to work with and learn from them Challenging things were lack of tools & insufficient panels to work on or practice coz we had to share all the time and be patient to a wait our turn Learn to understand different kinds of people (personalities) and work as a team Everything I've learned and to be part of that program was thrilling for and oh! The people it was awesome

Tshwane north tvet college is 0ne of the biggest college with lovely staff members I learned lot of thing from varies department and different mentors or managers at TNC, they have sense of humor ,they have been so supportive to me since I joined the company two years back and even now I am still got all the support to them the most part I enjoyed is that they took me as one of their staff member even where I don't feet in order to learn lot of things the most challenging of the job is were I dont get a solution of conflict ,it became so challenging
Pros: i wish to have my own position to utilise my skill and maitain growth

Eagerness to learn.
I have learnt to be depended on myself even though we have the management,i have learnt a lot due to my determination of my work, what i know today is what i have taught myself regardless of the supervision i have received.

Excellent learning curve
my typical day starts off at 7:30 and end at 15:30. It include includes preaparatory work into it, facilitating of learning through out the day involving differnt groups . And finaly it ends with da round up of of doing osme admin work , reporting to the head of Department .
