Excellent worker

I'm doing all office duties and admin duties as well, i have a very strong relationship with my colleagues which i have gained lot of experience from them. I like it when theres lot of work here at work because its one get to see the weakpoint regarding my work and my duties. I find it difficult when i'm being delegated by many people which becomes a challenge to me because i can't manage to do many duties at once where by they are needed at the same time.

Pros: Learning a lot of things
Cons: Opportunities are scarce

Principles of bricklaying like setting out,laying bricks, drawing and pavement

Tshwane was coporative from the beginning and it was not easy to do bricklaying because it require discipline and its tiring but the good thing is that the more u practice the more your good at it. It teaches me to be discipline in anything and I execute & check .

Great experience

My work require discipline for you to do the job accurate. I learned how to lay bricks setting out brickwork and other skills. I work well with my colleagues and the challenge about building construction its tiring. I enjoy learning how to survey and dumping level using laser.

IM both an introvert and an extrovert meaning I can easily adapt to different types of personalities and that allows me to work well with different people, I have very good interpersonal skills, I am a very fast learner which allows me to excel in all I do. I am diligent and highly committed , dedicated and determined to be the best I can be in my field of work , for I Believe if you not only set your mind to it but all be willing to put the necessary effort ,nothing is impossible

Passionate and committed

I do hard labour because I did bricklaying trade so I don't usually have an easy day because my work its demanding alot. I work with my colleagues very well even though sometimes we have misunderstood each other we do corporate to work as a team. I have learnt to read a plan,building superstructures , archs,,foundations,setting out, pavement,manholes, walls in english and stretcher bond etc. I like keeping myself busy and I enjoy it, during my spare time I love being with my family. The challenges about being a bricklayers is tiring,accuracy and safety.

Pros: U can start your own company and explore more on construction

Excellent learning curve

I haven't done much but I ready enjoyed what I was doing. The feeling of helping someone to continue with really made me feel like a valuable employee even though I was volunteering. Hardare, software and internet support was really what kept me busy. I had challenges with something I was dealing with for the first time but I'm one person that does not give up easily. I would work around it until I get it right.

Pros: This was great opportunity for a graduate like myself
Cons: Unsupportive Senior IT Support Technically

EXCELLENT LEARNING CURVE

It was nice to feed students with the information I have. My colleagues helped me a lot to survive in the workplace. They taught me something that I don't know which is needed in the School. The challenges was the students who does not like to attend school but they want to pass at the end of the day.

I am highly motivated person who have ability to learn fast and adapt easily on a new environment I am hard working and very enthusiastic person who have ability to learn on the job given thanks

I haven't work anyway,i do not have experience in the field of work ,am just a tourism student look for work experience interms of practicals for my Diploma

Good communication

a college with lots of students it is very nice to work with students and and always willing to help them i love working with people i respective of their gender or color and i enjoy working with them.the challenges i came across was people who always shout over the phone and yet i stay calm and listen to their problem and i try to help the m to my best ability

Pros: no opportunity for promotion
Cons: no long working
