Passionate and committed

I do hard labour because I did bricklaying trade so I don't usually have an easy day because my work its demanding alot. I work with my colleagues very well even though sometimes we have misunderstood each other we do corporate to work as a team. I have learnt to read a plan, building superstructures , archs,,foundations, setting out, pavement, manholes, walls in english and stretcher bond etc. I like keeping myself busy and I enjoy it, during my spare time I love being with my family. The challenges about being a bricklayers is tiring, accuracy and safety.

Pros: U can start your own company and explore more on construction
Cons: Long working hours

Professionalism and months inspections

i work 8 hours from Monday to Friday and i always make sure that i arrive on time.I work overtime when i have deadlines to finish and i have a very friendly boss who does't abuse his power and treats people with great respect. Some of my colleagues are very understanding which makes it easier for me to wake up every morning without worrying about my job because we treat each other like family.I have also learned how to work as a team and my communication skills have improved a lot.i enjoy collecting the payment from clients and helping them when they have financial problems by giving them credit agreement forms,i also enjoy printing and analyzing financial statements.I usually face challenges when the debtors don't have money to settle their debts in time or when the clients want refund.

Pros: willing to learn and work with great understanding
Cons: ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
