An excellent learning curve and incredibly challenging

I was put out of my comfort zone and I was challenged every day from the different characters of co workers to clients but overall I have learnt different personalities and how to a accommodate them with respect and I've also learnt how to be at my best working under pressure

Excellent learning curve, Excellent exposure

My typical day at work is very hectic between site control and financial management of the business as a whole.My colleagues are the best team to work with its a real pleasure working with them. I have learnt that pressure brings out the best in a person and i enjoy learning more about things that take me out of my comfort zone and the most challenging aspects about this job is the never ending pressure but I look at it as a strong attribute as it gives you as a person strong managerial aspects.

Cons: Working long hours
