Pros: i was hoping to get promotion but my hopes were just my dreams in my sleep. and its been too long workung but still no permanent position. i need to grow in the company as well as i keep on perfoming well

I am someone’ who always start ya his day very early since we have flexible hours. So I start my day at 7:00 am. I have a very good relationship with my team. We work very well together , that made learn more about the importance of team work. The most challenging part right is having to part of the team that makes sure all the Covid-19 regulations are followed.

Pros: Great learning experience
Cons: Interacting with people during this pandemic

Day at work

Within the current company I work for I get a long well with my colleagues, I can say there is quite a bit of strong characters within the environment but its part of growing as an individual, what I find challenging is the correspondence we receive from the stores and what I like is being able to reconcile the accounts to the statement given from suppliers.

Pros: Gaining experience and knowledge, meeting new wonderful people
Cons: Favoritism, victimization, salary deductions

Need more attention on employer/employee relations

Working with people is not a problem. We actually get along quiet well it's just the shoplifters that are a huge problem and the management team lack a few skills

Good organizational ethics

I believe I have learnt good organizational behaviour and the link between the business and its operations. The purpose of achieving set targets and setting personal goals in the workplace drives the team. I have lwarnt the role to play as a cross trained consultant at Truworths Ltd which gives me strong abilities to work as a service desk consultant, a sales and merchandising consultand and to know how to practise my role in the work place to drive my development
